WebI have a 2080 and get around 120 fps with virtually max settings at 1440p resolution idling in residential area. That figure drops to around 100fps while raiding, and further down to 60-70 fps in the middle of Limsa with a ton of people (3800x cpu) Also, CPU is a bottleneck in highly populated areas. In most instanced content it falls back to GPU.
