The first thing I would do is add an exhaust and pumper carb or a XR650R carb if your lacking on funds and see if that will satisfy your needs and go from there, I see you already have an exhaust.

Alan has a huge amount of cylinder head experience and lots of big race wins to show for it. Are those shapes the absolute best? Hard to say. There are a lot of variables. One compromise is that the shapes are limited by the available meat in the head casting.
